Find a trip date, click Make an Inquiry, and complete the form.

Pay the deposit

Once our office confirms the space, they’ll send you a deposit form.

Complete the Questionnaire

Once your deposit is paid, complete the Hiker Questionnaire.

Our April 3 launch is a custom trip put on by The Golden Road. The trip is open to everyone. Being a one-of-a-kind experience, it is a little different than our regular tours so we encourage you to read the itinerary

Reservation FAQs

Common pre-booking questions

To confirm your booking for a trip more than 90 days out, a deposit of $400 per person is required.

At 90 days from the trip launch, the remaining balance is due.

Cancellation must be made in writing via email.

Notice 120 days and more: $100 cancellation fee, the rest refunded.
Notice 90 to 119 days: $400 cancellation fee, the rest refunded.
Notice 0 – 90 days: No refunds or credits.

While not required, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

In most instances, we are able to accommodate reasonable dietary requests with adequate advance notice. Please email us ahead of time prior to your reservation to confirm with our scheduling coordinator.
